Problem at startup (Win 11 Support)

Hello, today I just booted up Window 11 and something weird happened... Its normal at the first second but then I saw Window doesnt picked up the sound device,My battery is suddenly 5% while I never left my laptop unplugged while using it, the mouse dpi suddenly changed and when I open up explorer, It tells me on the dialog of "The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation"....so can anyone tell me what happened? (I asked everyone in my room did they use my laptop without my permission, its a complete no. I checked if there any virus on my system the night I closed it off, its still a no)

@Cearn-MC That’s an error message I haven’t seen in a very long time….

Is your device connected to a domain?
I’d try to update your network adapter drivers, restart, then repair windows apps and restart again.
