A Note for the September 2023 Patch Tuesday Thread

We justed wanted to inform everyone that our usual Patch Tuesday post may be delayed for september as both admins are either on vacation, or just coming back from one.
As a note however, anyone can feel free to post the thread, it does not have to be an admin only thing
while we hope to eventually automate it, for now anyone and everyone should feel free to post the thread if one hasn't already been created for that month.
